Re-Calling Past Lives
Since when I started working helping people to reflect on their past lives and identifying the repetitive patterns that need to be healed to move to the next growth lesson, it seem that people’s ability to access their past histories has become increasingly easier.
Perhaps there is unfinished business concerning passion or power, isolation or illness, wealth or poverty, betrayal or bereavement, or it may be that there has been a longstanding interaction in past lives with another soul, who will be part of your soul family that needs to be resolved with consciousness expansion, love and forgiveness. There are as many possible scenarios as there are experiences. The people we find closest to us in this lifetime are the ones we need to connect with again in order to resolve incomplete dramas from previous lives.
Past life therapy may help you to work out the neuropaths in your brain that can take you into the deepest layers of your mind and emotions, to explore the subconsciousness to organize in a different way the information saved in there. Information that is currently configuring the cells of your body to behave in the way they do, creating health or illness, peace of mind or anxiety. Like any other therapy that involves healing the emotions and the psychological aspect of the mind, the more you work on it letting you to be guided by professionals will help you to achieve greater results. I always recommend my clients to do it once a month, and work on specific long term healing goals.
