The aim of the psychotherapy sessions is to assist the individuals to understand how past experiences influence and shape their current responses to life events.

Why would you go to a psychotherapist?

It helps build self-esteem, reduce anxiety, strengthen coping mechanisms, and improve social and community functioning. People who need help to improve their relationship with their family members or work colleagues may find very efficient exploring their mind and emotions looking for new ways to express themselves and connect with their peers. It also help to heal romantic relationships and specially to learn to cope in a healthy way with the trauma that cause separation and divorce. It may help to develop a healthy relationship with an ex-partner and former in-law family after separation. Supportive psychotherapy helps people to deal with issues related to their mental health conditions which in turn affect the rest of their lives.
