#new #soulcentred #therapy for #teens! 🥰 from January 2022 I will be offering 6 sessions Pack for children from 15ys old to 18ys - each session will include a cool mix of healing techniques:

☆ The sessions can be scheduled once a month, one to one in Mosman Park or delivered by zoom, online. Duration: 60 to 90 mins depending on how talkative they are.

☆ This was designed for children who need help in the transition to adulthood, my aim is to give them tools for developing resiliences for when they're dealing with complex emotions and facing the daily life challenges which may cause them mood swings, fears, anxiety, physical disconfort or the need to plan what to do next after finishing school.
